Stainless steel screen is a filtering mesh structure composed of a series of wedge-shaped metal wires, widely used in fields such as liquid and solid separation, filtration, and screening. Its unique design makes it highly efficient and durable in many industrial applications.

The structural characteristics of wedge-shaped screen :
Wedge shaped wire strip: The surface of the wedge-shaped screen mesh is composed of wedge-shaped metal wires interwoven with support rods. These metal wires usually form a "V" shape, forming a unique filtering surface. Wedge design facilitates smooth fluid flow and reduces the possibility of blockage.
Support rods: These metal wires are fixed by evenly arranging them on multiple support rods, which are usually horizontally arranged. They can be fixed to the entire screen at both ends of the screen or through multiple support rods, forming a sturdy and stable structure.
Accurate gap size: The aperture size (gap) of the wedge-shaped sieve can be customized according to needs, providing filtration with different accuracies. Smaller pore sizes can filter out small particles, while larger pore sizes are suitable for coarse filtration.

Basket Wedge Wire Screen
The basket screen consists of cylindrical and tubular wedge wire screen which is suitable for the centrifugal applications. Furthermore, the conical or tubular shape of the screen basket helps the filtration process complete accurately.
Centrifugal screen provides efficient filtration for unique applications with conical geometry. Centrifugal wedge wire screen is suitable for the different kinds of applications where accurate filtration is required.
Sieve Bend Screen - DSM Screen
The sieve bend screen - also called bend screen - comprises a curved screen for filtration. The bend screen provides filtration by guiding the particles along with the curved sieve filter screen.
The shape of the sieve bend screen offers a high filtration rate because of the forces exerted by the particles in the flow over the sieve bend. Thus, it is used for different applications that benefit from bend screen geometry.
The Sieve Bend is also known as a DSM Screen. Sieve Bend Screens are useful for sizing and dewatering applications to separate solids from liquids, as well as solid/solid separation for dry feed applications.
