Sieve Bend Screen - DSM Screen
The sieve bend screen - also called bend screen - comprises a curved screen for filtration. The bend screen provides filtration by guiding the particles along with the curved sieve filter screen.
The shape of the sieve bend screen offers a high filtration rate because of the forces exerted by the particles in the flow over the sieve bend. Thus, it is used for different applications that benefit from bend screen geometry.
The Sieve Bend is also known as a DSM Screen. Sieve Bend Screens are useful for sizing and dewatering applications to separate solids from liquids, as well as solid/solid separation for dry feed applications.

production process:
Stainless steel strip gap screen is a screening and filtering device made of cold-rolled stainless steel strips, which are continuously wound and welded by automated machine tools through support bars.The minimum sieve gap can be 0.02mm: the maximum sieve gap is 20mm.
The minimum support distance can be 8-10mm: the maximum support distance is 75-80mm
The cross-sectional shape and size of the sieve strip and support strip determine the overall strength and stiffness of the screen mesh. The aperture ratio of the screen gap is determined by the back width of the sieve strip. Due to different filtration and screening effects, the particle size of the separated material is different.
