Wedge wire screen panels, also known as wedge wire flat screens, are rectangular wedge wire materials used for filtration. Wedge wire screen panels are manufactured using equally spaced wedge wires and support rods, which as surface profiles are welded onto the support profiles at 90° at each intersection.

The stainless steel wedge wire screen pipe is designed for high-performance filtration and separation applications, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and precise filtration capabilities. 
Customizable specifications are available to meet diverse industrial requirements.

Wedge wire screen panels are composed of surface profile and support profile. The surface profile is commonly triangle wire, and the support profile can be triangle wire, wedge wire, round bar and rectangular bar. They can suit different machines and can be used in various applications.

Product structure:

The flat screen's welded structure consists of precision-engineered components including wedge wires, support rods, and slots. The wedge wires are arranged parallel to each other, and the gap between them (the slot) is uniform for precise filtration. These wedge wires are welded to the support rods at every intersection, forming a strong, rigid framework that ensures high durability and resistance to mechanical stress. This welded structure offers excellent stability, while the V-shaped wedge wire design prevents clogging, making the screen highly efficient in separation and filtration applications.
