Application of welded wedge-shaped wire mesh filter The wedge-shaped wire mesh filter can be fixed on the filtration equipment and used to filter water, petroleum resin and other media. It can also be used for water treatment, water softening, seawater conversion into fresh water, and food chemical filtration. Advantages of Welded Wedge Wire Mesh Filters
1.Continuous slot design provides large circulation area
2.Standard nozzle diameter is 2 inches/51 mm and can be attached to the plate via threaded end fittings or "L" bolts.
3.Standard slots are typically between 0.006 in. (0.15 mm) and 0.020 in./0.50 mm wide for 40 to 50 mesh size media, other slot sizes are available.
4.The wedge-shaped wire mesh has strong resistance to clogging.
5.Available in stock 3/4" NPT or 1" NPT fittings. Other styles such as T-bolt mounts and drop tubes are also readily available.
6.Not affected by temperature, corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, long life, easy to replace, safe and environmentally friendly.
